I’m Already Here was born after my body said stop – and not for the first time.
But for the first time, I wasn’t trying to understand my experience – I was listening to it.
After a long period of striving, holding things together, and trying to keep up with everything, my system simply shut down.
I could no longer push, plan, or perform.
All that was left was stillness – not by choice, but by necessity.
In that deep pause, something shifted.
For the first time, I truly felt what it meant to not go anywhere – not forward, not outward, not into the next version of myself.
This song came as a quiet statement in the middle of that crash: a reminder that I don’t need to arrive somewhere else to be okay.
I don’t need to prove anything.
I already exist.
I’m already here.
And that’s enough.
